DicT8 \r generates recruiting-related drafts from the notes you provide. Every result is a draft. You review, edit, and approve everything before you send it, and you're responsible for what you send. Offer letters and rejection messages in particular are produced as drafts for your review and your company's approval, never as final legal documents.
Your notes and your drafts are yours. DicT8 \r stores them so your Library works and doesn't sell them. Don't paste in content you don't have the right to use, and don't use the service to produce content that's unlawful or discriminatory. How DicT8 \r handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Where the law requires it, you must have the consent of everyone you record, and you're responsible for obtaining it.
Requirement Match and any other output that compares a candidate with a job are decision support. A person reviews them and makes every hiring decision. The service doesn't make employment decisions.
You're responsible for activity under your account. There's nothing to pay for at present, and no charge of any kind is made for using the service.
The service is provided as is, without warranties. Drafts are generated by artificial intelligence and can contain mistakes; nothing produced by the service is legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. When that happens, the effective date above changes, and continued use means acceptance. Questions can be sent to privacy@dict8r.com.
